THE second property fair in Johor by StarProperty.my is back!

Homebuyers and investors are invited to visit the StarProperty.my Fair 2016 held from July 22 to 24 at JB City Square, Level 1, from 10am to 10pm.

Last year, the first-ever StarProperty.my Johor fair had attracted approximately 10,000 visitors per day for the three-day event, as well as accomplishing an astounding RM50mil sales.

This year, visitors will have a chance to look at some distinguished projects at the Iskandar Malaysia area by award-winning developers. Distinguished developers such as Mah Sing and IJM Land which have bagged numerous awards at the StarProperty.my Awards will be exhibiting their developments in the southern Malaysia region.

Those who would like to learn more about property market and investment strategies could also grab the opportunity to attend the property seminars by speakers such as Sandy Paw, Professor Joe Choo, Rachel Lim, Khalil Adis, Dr Daniele Gambero, Suria and Kaygarn Tan and Gregory Low.

The topics will touch on subjects such as the development prospects in Iskandar Malaysia, the general property outlook, tips on rental investment and house purchasing, feng shui and so on.
