Lawyer Alfred Chong will be giving a talk titled “5 Tips to Save Money on Strata Title Investments”.
“Investing in property involves initial and long-term investment costs such as deposits, legal fees, service charges and insurance. Our job as a lawyer is to facilitate property and loan transactions up to the stage of tenancy and enforcement of legal rights.
“I will be sharing on how to maximise profit while avoiding legal disputes and alternative steps to resolve problems, legal recourse and the cost involved and legal tips to save costs in the long run,” said Chong.
