StarProperty launched its Virtual Showcase 2023 today, offering investors and first-time homebuyers 46 residential projects for their consideration. The showcase is organised in conjunction with the StarProperty Awards 2023, which will take place later in the year.
Running from now onwards until May 2, StarProperty Virtual Showcase 2023 invites visitors to its virtual platform, offering a wide range of projects across Malaysia open for both viewing and booking. Through the platform, visitors will be able to access the showcase at their own convenience, from the comfort of their own home.
“StarProperty is always looking for ways to connect our audience to ease their home buying experience. Making such a life-changing investment should be one that is memorable and cherished. By connecting new reputable property developments on the one platform, we can help make house-hunting more effortless, encouraging first-time buyers and investors to explore the variety from the different parts of Malaysia,” StarProperty general manager Mindy Chia said.
While visiting developers’ sales galleries is no longer an issue in the aftermath of Covid-19, she pointed out that having a digital platform that hosts 46 projects will be a huge time-saver, rather than going to 46 individual galleries.
“Through the showcase, we hope to be the first window to bridge interested homebuyers with our developers. Should homebuyers want to find out more, they can connect directly with developer sales personnel, make an appointment or visit the show gallery to find out more, all at the same virtual showcase,” she added.
Visitors will be able to book a unit from any one of the 27 developers vying for their respective categories in the StarProperty Awards 2023. These include industry names such as Chin Hin Group, CPI Land, Glomac, Guocoland, IJM Land, IOI Properties, Kemajuan Tong Tor, KL Wellness City, KotaSAS, LBS Bina Group and Mah Sing Group.
Visitors to the showcase will also be able to peruse developments from Matrix Concepts, MCT Properties, OSK Property, Paramount Property, Parkland Group, PDG Development, PKNS, Platinum Victory, PR1MA, Putrajaya Holdings, Sime Darby Property, Sri Pengkalan Binaan, Sunsuria, Tropicana Corporation, TSLAW and UEM Sunrise.
Not only that, visitors will have the chance to win prizes worth RM4,000 TnG eWallet total by collecting tokens, giving them a chance at the Visit & Win lucky draw, with winners announced weekly. Visitors can collect tokens by engaging with the platform through activities such as visiting booths, viewing galleries, downloading brochures, watching webinars, voting and more.
The Visit & Win will not be the only rewards available. The virtual showcase’s Buy & Win offers RM888 TnG eWallet to the first 10 homebuyers who purchase a property through the website’s sales representative, subject to terms and conditions.
