With StarProperty Fair Bumiputera Edition @ Central i-City, StarProperty aims to showcase premier selected units from a variety of leading developers, with exhibitors consisting of fan-favourites Gamuda Land, Binastra Land, IJM Land and Sunway Property.

From 10am to 10pm, mall-goers will be able to speak with prestigious developers on their selection of exclusive units. While the fair directly seeks to elevate Bumiputera units of unique make and build, there will also be a range of non-Bumiputera units mall-goers can look out for.

With multiple activities and campaigns running throughout the fair, mall-goers will be able to win new prizes while browsing for property to live or invest in. 

Another great news for all eligible 2022 StarProperty Fair’s homebuyers, you will now be in the running for the Buy & Win Grand Finale. All you need to do is to submit a copy of the sales order form, proof of payment and a copy of the purchaser's MyKad at StarProperty’s booth. Ten lucky homebuyers will be selected and results will be announced by Q1, 2023. 

While parents are browsing the properties at the fair, StarProperty has abundant activities to keep children entertained. These activities include balloon giveaways and puppet making, which will not only allow children to express their creativity, but also allow them to bring the puppet home.
