PETALING JAYA: StarProperty.my Fair is back with their latest iteration in Sunway Pyramid, displaying some of the best developments in the country for potential house buyers within the Klang Valley who are eyeing for a new home.
The fair, which is happening from 10 to 12 Aug would feature developers namely, Guocoland (M) Bhd, ASM Development (KL) Sdn Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, Eco Ardence, Ecoworld, Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd, Gamuda Land, Platinum Victory, Amverton Bhd, Sunway Bhd and Mah Sing Group Bhd.
The reputable developers would showcase multiple types of properties to give a variety of options for young families who are looking to purchase a home.
One of them is Gamuda Land, who are offering their easy financing scheme, offering a low downpayment for all their developments. A special gift would be up for grabs as those who purchase a booked any Gamuda property during the three-day fair-- a RM 3,000-worth Harvey Norman voucher.
Also, the developer would also be showcasing one of the latest developments, the first phase of Gamuda Cove terrace homes which is also open for registration now.
