Property experts provide key advice to ace the market despite rough market sentiment.

PETALING JAYA: Property investment isn’t a breeze now, with the depreciation of the ringgit, tightening of lending standards by banks, the high rate of rejection in loan applications and the ongoing affordability issues.
Yet, experts comment that 2017 will continue to be a buyers’ market. This conviction probably stems from the pricing of homes for sale in some areas are still considered affordable.
Though property prices may rise, real estate is still largely seen as one of the best shielded investments.
This Sunday, StarProperty.my will be holding a forum in Putrajaya titled “property outlook 2017 and why you should buy now”.
