KUALA LUMPUR: The StarProperty.my Awards are back, following the well-received inaugural event in March.
It recognises developments that are sustainable and which enhances the quality of life.
The awards gala dinner, which will be held in March next year, will pay tribute to developers who have contributed to the growth of the nation.
Among the categories are The Wow Award (Most iconic development); The Earth Conscious Award (Best sustainable development); The Starter Home Award (Best affordable home); The Just-Walk Award (Best integrated development); The Best Touch & Feel Award (Best quality & finishing); The Cornerstone Award (Best landed development); The Niche & Unique Award (Best boutique development); The Family-Friendly Award (The best family-centric development); The Five Elements Award (Best comprehensive township); and The All-Star Award (Top ranked developers of the year).
New categories include The Neighbourhood Award (Best boutique township below 500 acres); The Safe and Sound Award (Best safety feature development); The Small is Big Award (Best small home development); The Business Estate Award (Best industrial park development); The Skyline Award (Best high-rise residential development); The Poseidon Award (Best waterfront development); The Southern Star Award (Best southern Malaysia development); The Northern Star Award (Best northern Malaysia development); and The Eastern Star Award (Best east coast Malaysia development).
Star Media Group managing director and CEO Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai said the StarProperty.my Awards 2017 was an opportunity not to be missed by developers wanting to showcase their outstanding projects.
By bringing the noteworthy industry performers and projects to the forefront, he said, these would inspire others to raise their standards and contribute to the enhancement of the country’s property landscape.
