PETALING JAYA: S P Setia will launch its D’Camellia affordable apartment located in its sustainable Setia EcoHill township in Semenyih tomorrow morning in Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre.
According the statement, the apartment will be priced at RM262,000, which will boast a highly liveable environment complete with generous landscaping, an Olympic-length swimming pool, playground, gymnasium, badminton court, multipurpose hall. It is a gated and guarded development.
The freehold development will see the launch of tower one which comprise 317 units out of the 635 units of apartment that will be built over two blocks of 18-storey tower. Each unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a built-up of 860 sq ft and two parking bays serving the respective unit.
“This development is suitable for first-time homebuyers, young couples, fresh graduates and parents buying property for their children as it is great value for investments. Furthermore, it is located in our Setia EcoHill township which is master-planned as a sustainable township that promotes healthy community living, surrounded by various themed gardens, parks and waterways,” said Setia EcoHill general manager Koh Sooi Meng.
Located in the tranquil Semenyih town, Setia EcoHill is a carefully planned sustainable township spread over 673 acres. Launched in 2013, the township was planned to include a network of pedestrian and bicycle paths while ensuring that facilities are within walking distance for residents to lower their carbon footprint.
“Our affordable apartments have garnered strong response from the market. Last year, we launched 1,270 of similar apartment units at D’Cerrum and D’Cassia to an overwhelming overall take-up of 96%. These apartments are already under construction with targeted delivery in December 2019,” added Koh.
D’Camellia is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019. At the same time, residents will also be able to enjoy access to 56 commercial shops at EcoHill Taipan which are expected to be completed in 2018.
A neighbourhood convenience mall of 260,000 sq ft equipped with commercial lifestyle outlets called EcoHill Walk, with concept similar to Setia Walk in Puchong will be built here. There will be four levels within the mall, comprising 80 units of commercial lifestyle shops. EcoHill walk will be the first integrated commercial development in the Semenyih corridor.
