KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with the recent Mid Autumn Festival celebration, SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd hosted its first ever Home Owners Appreciation night, where it welcomed 600 of its purchasers to a night of arts and cultural performances.
“We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to the purchasers of SkyAwani and Ascenda Residence @ SkyArena for their support and especially for the success of Ascenda Residence @ SkyArena, where Phase One was fully sold out within nine months based on word of mouth alone.
“Tonight is a great opportunity to gather all of our purchasers at one of Malaysia’s largest showroom gallery to showcase our latest project development and provide professional advice pertaining to their purchases. We want to provide the support, service and reliability built around the long term relationships established with our clients and also ensure the appreciation of their property purchases for the future,” said chief project officer and EXCO member, Lee Chee Seng.
SkyWorld is primed for Phase Two, Bennington Residences @ SkyArena where it will feature 580 units of condominium residences built amid lush garden spaces and modern conveniences.
SkyWorld aims to nurture a vertical community built around health and wellness facilitated by a 9.4-acre multi-facility sports complex designed within their upcoming 28-acres mixed-development project, SkyArena at Setapak. This integrated development is slated for completion in 2021 and will feature SoHo residences, a retail mall and commercial space, as well as a boutique hotel.
Also joining the event were 50 orphans from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary KL from Air Panas and their caretakers, Father Matthew and Sister Malar. “We hope to bring smiles to these underprivileged kids and let them experience the joy of this celebration. We plan to pay them a visit soon and all SkyWorld staff are encouraged to participate in this CSR event.” added Lee.
The highlight of the event was the colorful and stunning lanterns made from recyclable materials on display by Master Koh Liang Xia and Malaysia Lantern Art Association. Guests were also entertained by cultural performances such as duo mask changing performance, LED dragon & fish show, chinese orchestra and cultural dances, rainbow calligraphy and traditional chinese street food.
