PETALING JAYA: Six property developers are seeking the Skyline Awards, which is one of the most contested accolades in this year’s StarProperty Awards.
This award will go to the high-rise residential development that offers comprehensive features for a modern and exciting lifestyle. The project should appeal to homebuyers for its facilities, ambience, and security, as well as the uniqueness of the innovative designs.
OSK Property has submitted its LEA by the Hills while SkyWorld Development Bhd has entered its Curvo Residences and TSLAW Land, its Skyline Kuchai. Mah Sing Group Bhd is banking on its M Astra and Sime Darby Property Bhd has its hopes on Park One Melawati. Also contesting for the award is LBS Bina Group Bhd with Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil.

As one of the 38 accolades in the StarProperty Awards 2023, the winners will be announced during its gala dinner on May 18.

Visitors to the showcase will also be able to peruse developments from Matrix Concepts, MCT Properties, OSK Property, Paramount Property, Parkland Group, PDG Development, PKNS, Platinum Victory, PR1MA, Putrajaya Holdings, Sime Darby Property, Sri Pengkalan Binaan, Sunsuria, Tropicana Corporation, TSLAW and UEM Sunrise.

Not only that, visitors will have the chance to win prizes worth RM4,000 TnG eWallet total by collecting tokens, giving them a chance at the Visit & Win lucky draw, with winners announced weekly. Visitors can collect tokens by engaging with the platform through activities such as visiting booths, viewing galleries, downloading brochures, watching webinars, voting and more.
