PETALING JAYA: Developers participating in the StarProperty.my Fair at Tropicana City Mall here are showcasing quality projects and are optimistic their projects will attract interest.
The four-day fair, organised by StarProperty.my with its premium partners IJM Land, Tropicana Corp Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, bring together an interesting range of property projects by 14 developers.
The participating developers are Ekovest Bhd, IJM Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group and DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd.

Mah Sing Group general manager Yeoh Chee Beng said: “We are offering attractively priced homes and 84% of our planned residential launches in 2015 will be priced below RM1mil, of which 71% will be priced below RM700,000, and 44% of the homes will be priced below RM500,000.”
Mah Sing’s projects include the RM1.5bil Lakeville Residence project in Taman Wahyu, M Residence 2 in Rawang, and M City situated along Jalan Ampang that is targeted for completion by the end of this year.
The brand name of TTDI has long been associated with the upper-class, and Naza TTDI has unveiled its latest premium project offering, TTDI Segaris at the fair.

Meanwhile, Sime Darby Brunsfield is exhibiting PJ Midtown, an integrated development of service apartments and shop offices that are on 5.5 acres in Petaling Jaya, and The Locus KLCV, a new exquisite project on Jalan Cheras, that is currently open for registration.
See Hoy Chan is showcasing a high-end development in Ara Damansara — the Potpourri which comprises 743 service apartment units with built-up ranging between 525sq ft and 2,400sq ft.
Titijaya Land is promoting Embun (GDV of RM260mil that is combined with Emery) @ Kemensah Heights and H2O @ Ara Damansara. Embun features architecturally iconic homes with luxurious clubhouse amenities. H2O is an upcoming project (GDV of RM794.1mil) that is designed to offer a modern lifestyle living amid aquatic elements and facilities.
Ireka Group of Companies has two exclusive projects on display, namely Asta Enterprise Park (GDV of RM74.8mil) and SENI Mont Kiara (GDV of RM900mil).
