KUALA LUMPUR: StarProperty.my has hosted more than 10 property fairs across the nation this year alone.
The event is designed to help aspiring first-time homebuyers, upgraders and property investors find out about the latest property projects by prominent developers.
The final StarProperty.my Fair 2016 is organised in collaboration with its premium partners IJM Land Bhd and Ekovest Bhd.
It will be held from Friday to Sunday at Hall 4 and 5 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, from 11am to 7pm. Admission is free.
“Our KLCC property fair is the biggest one we do every year,” said StarProperty Sdn Bhd assistant general manager Ernest Towle.
“It embodies the best platform that we wish to offer for developers to showcase their finest projects.
“We hope that property enthusiasts and buyers will check out the wide range of property developments and take advantage of the deals available at the fair.
“More than 20 developers will be taking part in the fair. Besides the two premium partners, SP Setia Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd and many more are taking part.”
Over the weekend, 12 experts will share insights into a variety of property-related topics ranging from investments to retirement plans and feng shui.
The speakers on Saturday include REI Mediaction Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of REI Group of Companies) director Khalil Adis, Area Management Sdn Bhd chairman Datuk Stewart Labrooy, SMART Financing founder Gary Chua, Malaysian Institute of Geomancy Sciences president Professor Joe Choo, VKA Financial Group business development director and licensed financial planner Ang Chee Yong and Star Media Group property business unit content and consumer engagement manager Mak Kum Shi.
The speakers on Sunday are Messrs Iqbal Hakim, Sia & Voo partner Elizabeth Siew Wai Kit, Chu Associates founder and managing partner Chris Tan, Syarikat Ong Group of Companies managing partner Agnes Wong, Who Says You Can’t be Rich Working a 9 to 5 Job? author Mark Chua, REI Group of Companies chief executive officer and co-founder Dr Daniele Gambero and Setia Awan Group CEO Dr James Tee.
Visitors who complete the organiser’s survey forms will get to redeem a free plant. Only 100 plants will be given away each day on a first-come-first-served basis.
Visitors can also participate in the survey contest over the weekend to stand a chance to win one of 20 Spritzer Hot & Warm Mini Dispensers and other mystery gifts.
Another programme scheduled for the event is the CR8 Robotic Challenge, which allows participants to build their own basic robots and battle them out in a sumo fight challenge. Three awards are allocated for each segment.
In addition, more than RM50,000 worth of prizes await those who purchase a home at the fair.
