PETALING JAYA: Visitors to the four-day StarProperty.my Fair to be held at Tropicana City Mall concourse from tomorrow will be dazzled by the many selection of properties on display.
The fair is organised by StarProperty.my in collaboration with its premium partners IJM Land, Tropicana Corp Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd.
IJM Land will be presenting Danau Perintis, the first apartment project in Shah Alam 2 that will comprise 252 units with a gross development value (GDV) of RM89mil.
With a strategic location in the well established township of Shah Alam 2, and connected to major highways, potential house buyers will be able to find out how they can enjoy a unique quality lifestyle in a township like no other.
In addition, two of IJM Land’s projects located in the sprawling Bandar Rimbayu township, Periwinkle and Wisteria, will also be exhibited at the fair.
Periwinkle consists of 464 houses with a GDV of RM435mil while Wisteria will feature 231 houses with a GDV of RM220mil.
Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd will be showcasing Bandar Sri Sendayan, which is located in Seremban.
This self-sustaining mixed development is sprawled over 2,117ha, and will have an estimated GDV of more than RM5bil.
The latest project to be found within this development is Suriaman 3, consisting of two-storey superlink homes.
There will also be other booths which visitors can check out, as there are a total of 13 developers present at the fair, such as Ekovest Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, DKMY Properties Sdn Bhd, Ireka Group of Companies, Land & General Bhd, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Brunsfield Holding Sdn Bhd and Titijaya Land Bhd.
On Thursday and Friday, visitors will stand a chance to win a year’s subscription of The Star e-paper worth RM350, just by participating in a quick survey held at the StarProperty.my booth.
On Saturday and Sunday, visitors will stand a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite and also a year’s subscription of The Star e-paper.
There is also a lucky draw exclusively for those who purchase a property during the fair.
By submitting a sale order form at the StarProperty.my booth, property buyers will stand a chance at winning Senheng cash vouchers worth RM888, RM2,888 and RM5,888.
The StarProperty.my Fair, which will end on Sunday, will be open from 10am to 10pm.
