Wide range of choices, food and return air tickets among treats for visitors

THE three-day Starproperty.my Fair i-city edition has created greater awareness of the Rm9bil i-city ultrapolis development in Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Among the many visitors to the recently concluded fair was flight steward Saravanan Kumaran, who said the properties sold at the fair were of a good mix ranging between studios and duplex Soho’s.
“Although some of the properties are sized at just 466sq ft, the studio unit will make a good investment for the future as it is priced below RM400,000,” he added.

The properties sold at the fair comprised I-bhd’s offerings within i-city namely i-suite, I-SOHO, i-residence, Liberty Tower, Parisien Tower and the newest offering within the mixed-development dubbed Hyde Tower that dons a London theme.
The fair that took place in i-gallery was fun-filled as visitors were treated to an array of unique Malaysian as well as international food served from food trucks, clowns entertaining young visitors as well as those young at heart.
Many of the guests also enjoyed making soap bubbles at the soap bubble booth.
The atmosphere at the fair was indeed vibrant, reflecting the lifestyle that future residents would eventually experience in an i-city development.

A handful of lucky buyers walked away with return air tickets to London, Paris and New York.
i-city information manager Tang Soke Cheng said there had been changes to the theme park at i-city.
“Aside from just visiting all-time favourites such as water world, snow walk as well as Red Carpet, theme park visitors sometimes spend an entire day at the park.”
This has resulted in I-bhd standardising the pricing of tickets into a package that is more affordable to gain access into i-city.
Cheng added, “Standardising the ticket pricing into a uniform package provides a more complete experience for visitors to the theme park.”
The ticket for MyKad holders is RM80 for adults and RM60 for children, while for non-MyKad holders it is RM170 for adults and RM140 for children.
