The three-day event will also showcase four property-related talks: Khalil Adis and Master Sandy Paw on Saturday; and Dr Daniele Gambero and Ryan Khoo on Sunday. First-time buyers can get details on affordable homes from Khalil with his talk, “First-time and affordable homes for Johoreans”.
“For Johoreans who had missed out on the property boom in Nusajaya, Danga Bay and Johor Baru, fret not. There are up-and-coming areas where you can still find affordable homes.
“These areas are poised for the next phase of Iskandar Malaysia’s economic growth,” says Khalil.
Visitors that are interested in industrial property can benefit from the talk by Khoo on “Why manufacturing is driving a boom for industrial property in Iskandar Malaysia".

Khoo says contrary to popular belief, manufacturing is the single largest investment sector in Iskandar, and not residential housing.
“This is the sector that has been quietly gaining strength year after year, unnoticed by the investment fraternity,” adds Khoo.
The other two speakers Master Paw and Dr Gambero will be presenting “Feng shui and you: How to select a house with good feng shui” and “How to win the property investment game: The golden rules to become a smart investor” respectively.
