THE Starproperty.my Fair 2017 at Aman Central Mall in Alor Setar from today to Sunday will showcase about RM1.6bil worth of property.
The developers exhibiting their latest projects are Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd (RM800mil Gross Development Value (GDV)), BDB Land Sdn Bhd (GDV RM20.9mil), Epic Valley Holdings Sdn Bhd (GDV RM124mil) and Runnymede Group of Companies (GDV RM620mil).
From Ewein Zenith, the RM800mil City of Dreams redefines the concept of high living with over 50 world-class amenities and features.
They include a two-lane bowling alley, private cinema, golf simulator, putting green, karaoke centre, barbecue pits and grand ballroom.
“The rectreation facilities alone will take up a total floor space of 120,000sq ft,” Lee added.
City of Dreams, which is 65% sold, comprises 572 serviced apartments in two 38-storey towers.
It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2020.
Other attractions are the RM120mil Vilaris Courtyard Homes @ The Sanctuary and RM500mil Triuni Residences @ The Sanctuary projects from Runnymede Group of Properties.
Runnymede corporate communications head Shazlyn Rahman said Vilaris Courtyard Homes was about 80% sold and had already received the certificate of completion and compliance (CCC).
“Available now are the newly released limited premium units with Mitsubishi lifts imported from Japan,” she added.
Shazlyn said the Triuni Residences was 60% sold.
It comprises 552 units in a low-density, gated and guarded luxury condominium on a 2.16ha (5.36 acre) landscaped podium equipped with resort-style facilities.
Both the projects are located at The Sanctuary in Batu Uban, Penang.
Epic Valley Holdings Sdn Bhd is exhibiting Taman Pelangi @ Jalan Kodiang in Jitra, Taman Vistana @ Jalan Langgar in Alor Setar, Taman Nona @ Guar Chempedak, Taman Desa Bukit Tinggi @ Kepala Batas, and Taman Sejahtera @ Jalan Jeneri in Sik.
All the projects are located in Kedah.
Its branch manager Teh Siew Luan said the Taman Pelangi, Taman Vistana, and Taman Nona projects had already obtained the CCC.
Epic Valley is also unveiling projects in other states.
They are Taman Vila Indah in Nibong Tebal, Penang; Taman Suria Firus in Parit Buntar, Perak; and Bistari Residensi in Puchong, Selangor.
BDB Land is showcasing 17 double-storey bungalows in Bandar Darulaman in Jitra.
Its head of sales Shukry Shuaib said the price of each bungalow ranged between RM888,176 and RM1.2mil.
Meanwhile, East West Horizon Plantation Berhad (EWHPB) will promote its oil palm plantation investment schemes at the fair.
EWHPB has gross land bank of 4,722ha (11,670 acres) of oil palm plantations in Sabah.
It is a public company mostly involved in the oil palm plantation business.
The company is approved by Companies Commission of Malaysia as an investment scheme under the Companies Act 1965.
The fair will be held from 10am to 10pm daily.
Visitors can take part in the Spin & Win Contest offering special prizes including Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 with S-pen, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime for the lucky winners.
There are also seven Parkson vouchers worth RM100 each to be won daily in the Spin & Win contest.
