Once again, the popular StarProperty.my fair, organised in collaboration with its premium partners IJM Land and Ekovest Bhd, is back.
This time, apart from the presence of some of Malaysia’s top property developers and their dazzling displays, there will also be an impressive line-up of renowned speakers who will present on a variety of topics.
To be held at Hall 4 and 5 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the fair will allow homebuyers and investors to get a close-up of reputable projects up for purchase.
It is a place for those on a hunt for their first property, looking to upgrade to something more luxurious or just getting an update on the latest launches.
Among the exhibitors taking part in the three-day fair are IJM Land, Ekovest Bhd, Aseana Properties Limited & Ireka Corporation Bhd, Fikir Handal Sdn Bhd, Platinum Victory Group, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, Cicet Asia Development Sdn Bhd and Amcorp Properties Bhd.

Members of the public looking to brush up on their knowledge of the property industry will be spoilt for choice with experts in their respective fields sharing their insight.
Each day, there will be six speakers to look forward to, one of whom is Messrs Iqbal Hakim, Sia & Voo partner Elizabeth Siew.
Through her presentation titled “Rent to own, the legal perspective”, Siew will be elaborating on why the Government and the Bank Negara Malaysia are talking about rent-to-own options and whether the future of real estate ownership may involve lease options, rent-to-own or owner’s financing.
SMART Financing founder Gary Chua will also be present to educate the public on property financing.
His talk, “Top 5 strategies on how to secure your home financing from banks” will focus on common roadblocks homebuyers are likely to face.
Chua will also explain how one can grow and maximise one’s financial portfolio with confidence, as well as ensure each deal is well leveraged.
In addition, there will be 100 free plants to be given away each day to members of the public on a first-come-first-served basis, on completing a simple survey form.
Visitors stand a chance to win 20 Spritzer Hot & Warm Mini Dispensers, subscription to video-on-demand service dimsum.my, and other mystery gifts just by participating in the on-site survey contest.
As for homebuyers, there will be more than RM50,000 worth of prizes to be won comprising more than RM20,000 worth of electrical and household items, and RM30,000 worth of travel vouchers for a three-night stay in Constance Halaveli, Maldives.
The StarProperty.my fair will take place from Nov 25 to 27, 11am to 7pm.
