STARPROPERTY.MY is kick-starting the first of its property exhibitions in 2017 at a brand new address – the newly opened Sunway Velocity Mall in Jalan Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

The Starproperty.my Fair, to be held from 10am to 10pm from Feb 23 to 26 on the ground floor of the mall, will showcase numerous prestigious developments.

Participating exhibitors include Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, IJM Land, Sunway Property, Hua Yang Bhd and Gamuda Land.

“Sunway Velocity Mall is an excellent place to kick off our fairs,” said StarProperty Sdn Bhd assistant general manager Ernest Towle.

Towle says Sunway Velocity Mall is an excellent place to reach out to the property-buying audience.

“Sunway is great at attracting the right crowd to its premises, and we feel the location is superb for individuals and their family members to come, enjoy and search for the right properties,” he added.

Last year, StarProperty.my Fair achieved RM10mil in sales during its four-day fair at Sunway Pyramid.

For the exhibition at Sunway Velocity, the organisers have put together lucky draw prizes worth over RM10,000 for homebuyers.

Visitors also stand a chance to win mystery gifts by participating in a visitor survey contest to be held from Friday to Sunday.
