The recent Starproperty.my Fair 2016 held at Nu Sentral, Brickfields suggested vibrancy in the Malaysian property scene.
STARPROPERTY.MY Fair 2016 that took place at the Nu Sentral Mall in Brickfields last month ended with a blast.
The property fair held at Kuala Lumpur’s central locale saw a vibrant mall welcoming enthusiastic future property buyers, despite the rather soft property market.
The awe-inspiring event was held from Aug 15 until 21, at the ground floor level of the mall.
The fair saw people from all walks of life as well as tourists, due to the strategic location of the mall with regards to connectivity as it is connected to KL Sentral station.
Throughout the week-long property event, developers rolled out the red carpet for the big names of the property industry, including familiar names such as D’mayang Sari by Seri Pajam, D’aman Residences by Masteron and the Robertson by Gamuda Land.
Other properties showcased at the vibrant fair included Lakeville Residences by Mah Sing Group, Cheria Residences by Tropicana Corporation Bhd, as well as the Colony by Singapore-based real estate developer Macly Group.
Aside from the Klang Valley’s select properties showcased at the Nu Sentral fair, the premium partners of StarProperty.my also presented Wisteria by IJM Land and EkoTitiwangsa by Ekovest Bhd.
Fair visitors Stella and Philip who lived close to the mall said that the fair was equipped wih the best discounts and rebates, while the properties presented at the recent fair enjoyed strategic locations.
They also mentioned that security is an extremely important factor when looking for a home due to their pleasant experience living in a high-rise development that enjoys basic security features.
This time around, the property fair was held with a different as it did not only pose as an avenue to feature the best offerings of the Malaysian property market, but also focused on increasing awareness upon mother nature as well as introducing creative education for children.
To spread eco-awareness, the Free Tree Society gave out a total of 400 plants, to fair visitors throughout the fair period.
During weekdays, the Free Tree Society gave out 50 plants a day while over the weekend, 70 plants were given out each day.
To cultivate creative education among children, Creative Robotics Education also known as CR8, was present at the fair holding demos of how children can create innovative robots as well as competitions for children to take part in.
The booth was a hit amongst youngsters who followed their parents to the property fair.
CR8 also held a competition that saw two innovative youngsters Lucas Thomas and Hakim Hay hailing from different parts of the Klang Valley, taking part as well as emerging as winners.
The children were aged 10 and 12 respectively.
The children who were pleased with their creations as well as their achievements said that they like building simple robots merely to play with.
The kids weren’t aware that what they were doing during their leisure time could land them trophies, adding that they won the competition due to their experience playing with Lego bricks at home.
Sweet-toothed fair visitors were also treated to caramel-rich popcorn by service provider application ServisHero that gave out free popcorn to fair visitors upon downloading their app, while free balloons were also given out by the company to the little ones.
