HOMEBUYERS will get the opportunity to view numerous property developments by credible developers at the upcoming StarProperty.my fair in IOI City Mall.
The fair, organised by StarProperty.my, is in collaboration with its premium partners IJM Land and Ekovest Bhd.
Through this initiative, property developers are coming in to showcase their projects, which are mostly within the southern Klang Valley so homebuyers will get to view various property projects, all under one roof.
“This is our first time holding the StarProperty.my fair in IOI City Mall. We are providing a one-stop location for consumers to find the best deal in their property purchase.
“The property show in IOI will offer a handful of property choices within the southern Klang Valley, so those who are looking to buy within the area should come and visit our fair,” said StarProperty Sdn Bhd assistant general manager Ernest Towle.
The five-day property fair will feature prominent developers, such as IJM Land, Mah Sing Group, Putra Nilai Development Sdn Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, MCT Bhd, D-Hill Sdn Bhd (Knusford), OIB Group, Kueen Lai Properties and Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd.
Other renowned developers include Sime Darby Property Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, IOI Properties Group Bhd, BBN Development Sdn Bhd, S P Setia Bhd, Tropicana Corp Bhd, Cyber Lake Sdn Bhd, Paramount Property, Iwajib Group, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Agile PJD Development Sdn Bhd, CrystalVille Group and Kenwingston Group.
Visitors to the fair can participate in the organiser’s survey contest to stand a chance to win Spritzer Hot & Warm Mini Dispensers.
There will also be more than RM10,000 worth of prizes awaiting homebuyers at the fair.
The fair will be held from 10am to 10pm from Oct 12 to 16. Admission is free.
