LBS Group Shows Appreciation For Members Of The Media With A Delightful Dinner
Petaling Jaya, 4 November 2016 – The tropical vibes of Hawaii filled the night as property developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS Bina) hosted the media and its business partners at the LBS Media Appreciation Night 2016 recently.
Keeping with the ‘Hawaiian Luau’ theme of the night, a total of 196 guests came dressed in vibrant tropical-esque attire, hoping to bag the best outfit of the night award. As a gesture of gratitude for their continuous support throughout the year, guests were feted by LBS with a delectable selection of Thai dishes.
Welcoming the guests, LBS Managing Director, Tan Sri Lim Hock San, said, “This year has been a fruitful year for LBS. We are glad to share that we have achieved a total of RM1.056 billion sales as at 2 November 2016, our unbilled sales, as at 1 November 2016, is RM1.45 billion; and we are confident of achieving our sales target of RM1.2 billion by the end of the year.
This would not have been possible without the support from the media, our business partners and associates. We look forward to continue offering more exciting products, particularly in the affordable and mid-range segment next year.”
“Our commitment does not stop here. For years, LBS has been a strong supporter of the Government's initiatives to encourage home ownership among Malaysians.
Moving forward, the Group is confident of building on this commitment with a series of new property developments in the pipeline for 2017 that will excite both new and existing customers. LBS Bina’s strategy will focus on innovative lifestyle products and affordable housing as demand from first timer buyers and young single professionals remains strong,” added Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
Among the highlights of the night included the celebration of Tan Sri Lim Hock San’s 60th birthday and the presentation of lucky draw prizes to 39 lucky guests. The night concluded with the awarding of “The Best of the Night” prizes to two deserving guests with the most outstanding Hawaiian outfits.
