SHAH ALAM: Klang Valley’s western corridor, especially in the southern part, is fast becoming a new property hotspot with rapid growth of infrastructure, connectivity and new property developments.
According to Mitraland Group Sdn Bhd general manager Eddie Wong Wah Sun, developers are looking towards the western corridor, including Klang, as areas that will continue to grow and boom as these are located closer to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre compared to areas in the north, such as Serendah and Batang Kali.
“Having the LRT Line 3 station in Klang is also a signal that there is potential for growth and development in this corridor,” he added.
Wong was speaking in conjunction with Mitraland’s participation in the StarProperty.my Roadshow in Setia City Convention Centre, Shah Alam, which started yesterday and will end tomorrow.
The other two developers showcasing their latest projects at the roadshow are Mah Sing Group Bhd and Titijaya Land Bhd.
