KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has recently launched M Vertica sales gallery, showcasing its mixed development of retails shops and residential suites priced from RM450,000.

Minister of Federal Territories Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor officiated the launch at Cheras with a ribbon cutting ceremony and lion dance performance.

The launching was attended by Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang, executive director Datuk Steven Ng, Cordova Land director and Mah Sing senior management staff Hazreeq Putra.

The show units feature a 850-sq-ft residential unit with three bedrooms and a 1,000-sq-ft residential unit with four bedrooms.

M Vertica at Cheras consists of 50 floors in each of the five blocks with over 3600 units.

There is an existing badminton stadium which will be relocated to the behind of the development for communal use.

Tengku Adnan said, “As a property developer, Mah Sing always has the best interest of the community which will benefit the community. It can be clearly seen in the development of M Vertica.”
