The most anticipated moment of The StarProperty Award 2024 Real Estate Edition was when the winners walked onto the stage, beaming with smiles and basking in the lights of the illuminated hall. This was the moment when the award trophy changed hands from the Guest of Honour or Star Media Group (SMG) senior leadership to the winners. Cameras flashed, music mingled with applause reverberated louder, and the validation of year-long hard work was now sealed for all to see with the trophy firmly in hand.

Bestowed after a rigorous judging process, the trophy captured the dedication to making developments functional and purposeful for the eventual owners, contributing to the betterment of the locality.
After the moment of glory on stage, the trophy continued to be a magnet of celebration, rallying the rest of the winners’ team members for photo sessions to commemorate their team spirit. Proud and inspired, the prize would continue to motivate them to return for next year’s awards.
