KUALA LUMPUR: Agile Property Holdings Limited, through its local subsidiary, Agile Real Estate Development (M) Sdn Bhd, is developing Agile Mont Kiara in a joint venture with PJ Development Holdings Bhd. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Oct 3 at the Agile Property Sales Gallery in Mont Kiara to celebrate the construction of Agile Mont Kiara, the first property development by Agile in Malaysia.
The ceremony also marks the first day of registration for Agile Mont Kiara. Agile Real Estate (M) Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Wilson Ren said they are thrilled to venture to Malaysia and to be part of Malaysia’s property landscape.
“The choice of Malaysia clearly underlies the excitement that we feel for the property market here as well as our confidence in the country’s stable and growing economy.
“The location of Agile’s maiden project in Mont Kiara will allow the company to showcase Agile’s passion not only for development of quality homes but also a quality living environment,” added Ren.
Sprawled across a freehold residential area of 10.16 acres, Agile Mont Kiara will consists of a total of 11 blocks of condominiums with a mixture of low rise, medium rise and high rise with a gross development value of RM1.4 bil. The development will also feature a 6-acre of green and open spaces for residents to unwind.
Agile Mont Kiara will offer a total of 813 partially furnished units of 2+1 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 3+1 bedrooms and dual-key units. The development is slated for completion in Sept 2018.

Currently, Agile Property Holdings has a diversified portfolio of over 90 projects under various stages of development in cities and districts, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing and Xi’an. In addition to Agile Mont Kiara, the China-based property developer is also planning for a second development in Malaysia, which is to develop high-end serviced apartments in collaboration with Tropicana Corp Bhd.
