Gamuda Gardens’ Open House attracted 1,500 guests who were eager to learn more about its upcoming launch.

PETALING JAYA: The Chinese New Year festivities continue at Gamuda Gardens as 1,500 guests including those who pre-registered their interest in the 810-acre mixed-use development and local communities congregate at its open house held on Saturday, 18 February. They were treated to entertaining games and activities such as pony rides, bumper boat rides, 5D motion cinema and various performances such as acrobatic as well as LED lion dance on top of scrumptious bites at the open house.

“We have made it a norm at Gamuda Land for us to host our communities during festive seasons such as the Lunar New Year as it provides us with an opportunity to engage them in a happy and fun-filled environment. Those who came and join us for the celebration at Gamuda Gardens were also presented with the opportunity to preview our newly completed show units,” said COO of Gamuda Land, Ngan Chee Meng in a statement.

Located at the confluence of three major highways, LATAR, Guthrie and North-South Expressways, Gamuda Gardens fuses modern lifestyle with nature living in one satellite township.

Dubbed as “a garden where happiness lives”, one of the development’s key attraction is its 50-acre central park inspired by beautiful English country parks. It features five cascading lakes that are integrated into the park with a beautiful waterfall, a mixed-terrain jogging and cycling trail as well as various themed parks namely Wetland, Adventure Playland and Lookout Points that offer panoramic views of the green environment.

At the heart of Gamuda Gardens is a waterfront Village, a lifestyle hub that offers cafes, restaurants, retail outlets and other modern amenities to serve the lifestyle needs of the communities in and around the surrounding areas of the development. This will be the first-of-its kind in the area and will become a destination in its own right. Commercial, business and retail hubs are also planned within the development to not only support the growing community in the future but also to boost the growth of north KL.

Homes in various styles are carefully designed across three zones in the development following the land’s natural topography and water features. Homes by the park are snuggled in the parklands close to amenities, shops and schools while lakeside homes are located near the scenic lakes where residents can opt for a like view home offering absolute serenity. Hilltop homes are sprawling homes crafted up the gentle slope, with a magnificent view of the overall development. The variety of home options caters to different lifestyles and consumer segments from singles to newlyweds to families with children and couples in their golden years.

First phase of the development comprising double storey link homes, priced from RM685,000 is targeted to be launched in Q2 2017.

“The massive turnout in Gamuda Gardens last weekend indicates that interest is still strong for quality and well-planned developments underpinned by good locations that balance natural surroundings with extensive amenities. With these factors, we ensure that our customers will enjoy an enhanced quality of life and value appreciation time after time,” Ngan added.
