EXHIBITORS taking part in the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 in Penang are looking forward to offer attractive promotions and bargains to visitors.
A total of 20 property industry players will take up 23 booths for the four-day event at Queensbay Mall from tomorrow.
GUH Realty Sdn Bhd project manager (northern) Sim Tzer Yung said they would be targeting investors and potential buyers setting up businesses here.
“We will be promoting our upcoming light industrial factory project comprising three-storey semi-detached light industrial units.
“The units can be used as factories or warehouses,” he said after the briefing by The Star yesterday at the mall.
DNP Land Sdn Bhd sales and marketing assistant manager Helen Khor said visitors to their booth could expect exclusive promotions on their two-storey terrace homes and four-storey semi-detached homes.
Star Media Group manager (finance and administration) Michelle Tang said the briefing was to give exhibitors the chance to check out the exhibition site.
“Visitors will stand a chance to win prizes worth over RM50,000 at the Spin & Win Contest to be held daily during the fair.”
Exhibitors coming on board are IJM Land, BDB Land Sdn Bhd, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd, BSG Property, Emerald Capital Group, IOI Properties Group, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Reka Indah Development (Penang) Sdn Bhd, Corfield Development Sdn Bhd, Hunza Properties Bhd, Aroma Development, Tambun Indah Land, Devoteshens Sdn Bhd, Gamuda Land, Potensi Utama Sdn Bhd, The Luxe By Infinitum, East West One Marketing and GIC Group.
The booths will be located at the mall’s centre concourse and south zone on its ground floor, as well as the lower ground level.
Opening hours are from 10.30am to 10.30pm daily. Admission is free.
