Property speakers to share tips on Penang's real estate market.

THE charms of Penang will be put in the spotlight at the upcoming StarProperty.my forum on the Pearl of the Orient next month.
To be held on March 12 in Cybertorium, Menara Star in Petaling Jaya, three key property speakers, will lead the forum to discuss on what Penang has to offer to property buyers.
The discussion will be headed by Khalil Adis Consultancy Pte Ltd founder Khalil Adis, Ho Chin Soon Research chief executive officer Ishmael Ho and Chur Associates managing partner Chris Tan.
Khalil Adis will discuss about Penang moving up the big league, touching on pointers of how Penang’s property market is set to soar to greater heights with the announcement of a newly approved Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP), redevelopments on the eastern coast and the island being listed as number eight by UK’s The Guardian newspaper as one of the top 10 holiday hotspots in 2014.
The renowned speaker will also discuss on the ‘5Cs’, as taken from his new book, that astute investors should watch out for when investing in Penang in 2016.
Ishmael Ho also has some goodies in store for the attendees of the forum. He will touch on the past, the present and the future of Penang's real estate, examining the best way to foresee the future of the state's real estate market.
Ho will share on the growth patterns and price trends of Penang's real estate market and share tips on opportunities for investors and property developers on the island.
He will also study as to what is in store for Penang, with the opening of the second Penang Bridge and development of growth areas such as Balik Pulau on the island as well as Batu Kawan in the main land.
Deliberating on “Penang Property Investment Trendspotting Legally”, Chris Tan will focus on sharing trending policies and law adoption in Penang, enabling property investors within the state to sustainably move forward.
