StarProperty.my and #925 organised a beneficial event for property enthusiasts to obtain related property knowledge.
Buying or investing in a property is a crucial decision that involves a long-term financial commitment. It is, therefore, very important for one to do a thorough research in order to avoid any possible risks, especially for those who are buying for the first time.
Nonetheless, finding the right one can be a breeze with the right platform and assistance. To offer just that, StarProperty.my, in collaboration with 925 Enterprise (#925), will kick off the year with a brand-new event that gathers property specialists to discuss and and relay expert information on the real estate industry.
“StarProperty.my is the proud sponsor and partner for this 2017 Reach, Engage and Connect effort. The objective of this event is to provide a platform for our consumers to learn, network, and at the same time grow their careers and wealth through knowledge sharing and transfer.
“We will provide a video access to each and every monthly meeting and activity to ensure that all information shared during the sessions are available to everyone. Members of this platform will also get the chance to grab exclusive deals that are offered by participating developers,” says StarProperty Sdn Bhd assistant general manager Ernest Towle.
#925, founded by Mark Chua, is a social enterprise that aims to improve the career and financial standing of its members. The group’s preferred method to achieve the goal of becoming financially free is via property investment.
“We pride ourselves for being a community of dynamic professionals. 925 are proud to collaborate with StarProperty.my to scale our efforts to reach out to the community at large,” says Chua, who is also the author of the best-selling book titled ‘Who Says You Can’t Be Rich Working A 9 to 5 Job’.
In terms of education, the idea of ‘learn to invest’ is emphasised by the organisers as they invite property experts & industry leaders to share their insights with the attendees.
“We also believe in the mantra of ‘learn to earn’. When one earn more, one will have the ability to invest more efficiently. For this reason, we have invited senior corporate leaders and board of directors to share their wisdom with us,” Chua adds.
The event will see a presentation on Property Market Outlook 2017 by MCT Bhd leasing director Tech Eng Poh, and a roundtable forum discussion by three seasoned property investors: Malaysia Property Inc former vice president David Shieh Chong, Messrs Yong SL & Partner founder and managing partner Yong Siew Lee and IQI Properties registered real estate negotiator Yap Chen Hing.
StarProperty.my 925 event will be held at Menara Star this Saturday (Jan 21) from 8.30am.
