AGILE Mont Kiara saw a weekend of fun and festivities when well-wishers joined in their Chinese New Year celebrations.
More than 150 friends and customers of the development took the opportunity to revel in the festive mood at the sales gallery in Kuala Lumpur.
They were welcomed by the God of Prosperity at the door and later, took part in the tossing of yee sang, while activities were held for both adults and children.
Some of the highlights included Chinese knot-tying, fortune telling, Chinese paper craft, do-it-yourself clay key chain making and colouring activities while a buffet spread was prepared for those who were famished from the fun and games.
Agile Sales and Marketing senior manager Carrie Tham Kar Ee said the event was held as a gesture of appreciation to its customers.
“We look toward having more events that will serve to entertain and benefit our guests,” she said.
Additionally, guests also had the opportunity to get a closer look at the development’s specifications.
“Many customers have shown interest towards the development, being drawn to some of the key features such as the dual key and dual frontage design.
“Another feature that appealed to them was the vehicle-free pedestrian walk that allows residents to roam freely within the vast landscaped garden,” said Tham.
Dubbed the “Oasis of Mont Kiara”, the low-density development has a 2.43ha green landscape that takes up 65% of total land size.
On top of having nature at their doorstep, homeowners also enjoy a close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Publika and Solaris Mont Kiara, which are only five minutes away on foot.
The residential development features 813 units of condominium spread across 11 low-to high-rise towers.
“Of the four towers launched so far, 60% of them have been taken up,” shared Tham.
The units are available in seven types with a built-up area ranging from 1,162sq ft to 5,037sq ft.
Agile Mont Kiara is currently in its piling stage and is slated for completion by end of the year.
