The 31 bedroom show unit sees a manifestation of East-meets-West interior with its cultural designs and sumptuous fabrics adorning a built-up area of 1,491sq ft.
The Tropicana Metropark Property Gallery in Subang Jaya was bustling with activity during the unveiling of two new show units for its latest Paisley Serviced Residences.
Inspired by Danish minimalist chic, the 2+1 bedroom show unit has a built-up area of 972sq ft, and exudes simplicity with interiors using fresh pastel colour palettes and catchy decorations.
The 3+1 bedroom show unit features an East-meets-West interior with cultural designs and sumptuous fabrics adorning a built-up area of 1,491sq ft.
“Both the show units highlight a unique lifestyle that is suitable for different demographics.
“The 2+1 bedroom unit brings to life the latest trends for millennials and young professionals while the 3+1 bedroom unit is a perfect fusion for the modern Asian family,” said Tropicana Corporation Bhd marketing and sales executive director Ung Lay Ting.
Paisley Serviced Residences, the third residential phase of Tropicana Metropark, comprises 587 units with built-up areas ranging from 601sq ft to 1,491sq ft across two iconic towers.
Priced from RM528,000, the units come in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 bedroom layouts which are designed to maximise views and natural lighting.

At the event, Ung shared that the first two residential phases, Pandora and Paloma Serviced Residences, were almost sold out.
“The overall integrated master plan of Tropicana Metropark has attracted many young executives and families across the Klang Valley as well as other areas who are looking for an upgrade and better quality of life,” said Ung, adding that the Pandora Serviced Residences are in the midst of handing over.
Tropicana Metropark, with a gross development value of RM7.2bil, is inspired by Melbourne, Australia, and its Yarra River.
The 35.61ha freehold mixed development brings together residential and commercial components including premium residences, retail units, business suites, SoHos, office towers, shopping mall and an international school, all anchored by the 3.72ha Central Park.
The Central Park is completed while the purpose-built link bridge connecting the Federal Highway to the development will be ready within this year.
Meanwhile, GEMS International School is set to have its first intake in September. The 252,000sq ft campus can accommodate up to 2,400 students from three to 18 years old.
