PETALING JAYA: Bon Estates recently held a Chinese New Year celebration at its sales gallery, offering good food and cultural activities in an effort to foster a festive spirit.
Besides an experiential tour of The Estate’s unique lifestyle appeal, guests were also invited to indulge in a traditional Lau Sang that is symbolic of family and community bonds, a key goal behind the design of healthy green spaces and shared facilities within the project.
According to statement, guests were also invited to engage in a terrarium workshop.
Visitors could also take home a piece of custom calligraphy, representing their name or a favourite poem.
A highlight of the event was a traditional drum performance, which not just a hallmark of prosperity and celebration in the festive season, but also a symbol of collective unity with its ability to bring people together through collective rhythm and tempo.
“This New Year, Bon Estates is not just celebrating the traditions of an ancient culture; we are also embracing the many underlying values that define it. Indeed, there is much to appreciate and rediscover.
“The focus on unity and family, the pursuit of balance in life, the element of artistry and intricacy that is found in every activity, as well as that dedication to craftsmanship and detail behind every creation,” said Bon Estates managing director Goh Soo Sing.
The developer’s low density project, The Estate@Bangsar South, emphasises on facilities that are family-centric and promote holistic living.
A few of the highlights include luxury cabanas, a resort themed lobby and a beautiful tea garden artistically fashioned by the renowned Seksan Design.
Seksan’s team has also created a sustainable and functional green feature at The Estate by converting the existing retention pond into a beautiful 300m lake walk where residents can enjoy morning and evening strolls. The project’s proximity to the Bukit Gasing Forest Reserve also offers residents a picturesque green backdrop.
The units range between 2,346 sq ft and 3,110 sq ft target mid-sized and growing families that appreciate a healthy green ambience at the heart of urban activity.
