Bina Puri Property division teamed up with YYC Accounting Firm treats buyers, guests, family and friends

PETALING JAYA: Property developer Bina Puri Norwest Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, organised its CNY 2017 celebration on last Saturday, which saw more than 200 guests attending the event at Laman Vila garden.

According to statement, Bina Puri announced a special CNY discount and special packages for both remainder of villa units and upcoming low density condominiums.

In addition, the purchasers of villa units will enjoy an assurance of zero maintenance fees for minimum of 10 years of which, both properties are freehold.

A newly completed property development in Mont Kiara North, Laman Vila is a 3.3-acre development which offers 22 units of landed garden villas and 20 units of low-density condo villas.

Present at the celebration were Bina Puri Holdings Bhd managing director Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng, Bina Puri Norwest Sdn Bhd director Gan Keng Neow,
YYC Group chief executive officer Datin Yap Shin Siang, Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Lee Tong Leong and others.

Among some other activities arranged for the event included Lion Dance Performance and visit to show units at Laman Vila.
