Awards showcase presents prestigious projects to homebuyers

PETALING JAYA: Property developers that have won prestigious awards at the recent StarProperty.my Awards 2017 will showcase their projects at The Curve for homebuyers starting from tomorrow to Sunday (March to April 2).

The Awards saw the industry’s top players bagging their well-deserved awards. The best in the real estate industry was given the recognition for their developments that are sustainable and offer enhancement to the quality of life.

On the night of the award ceremony, there were a total of 18 award categories, with the Top Ranked Developers of the Year and The Readers’ & Voters’ Choice Award categories being the star of the night.

The award winners who will be present at the showcase are Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, Gamuda Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Bon Estates Sdn Bhd, Worldwide Holdings Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, Naza TTDI, Paramount Property, SP Setia Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Bhd, Eco World Development Group Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB), Perfect Eagle Development Group Bhd and IOI Properties Group Bhd.

Guocoland (Malaysia) Bhd is also one of the participating developers.

Also joining the showcase will be S P Setia, they will showcase their latest Setia Sky Seputeh project, which was the honours winner of The Skyline Award. S P Setia also bagged the prestigious All-Star: Top Ranked Developer of the Year Award and The Readers’ & Voters’ Choice Award.

The four-day property fair will be held at the Centre Court and Fashion Court of The Curve shopping mall from 10am to 10pm.

All homebuyers at the fair will stand a chance to win attractive prizes and mystery gifts worth more than RM10,000, while visitors who fill up a simple survey will stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes.

Admission to the property showcase is free and open to the public.
