KUALA LUMPUR: For smart shoppers making a beeline to the Per­­fect Livin’ ‘15 home and lifestyle exhibition, the convenience of having everything un­­­­­der one roof with a vast range of pro­d­u­cts is really an attractive proposition.

Sales manager Parthiban Raj, 41, said the prices of furniture sold at the exhibition was the main reason for his visit.

“The prices are very attractive, you definitely can’t find (such pri­ces) outside,” said Raj.

Retiree Shariffah Azlina, in her 50s, said she visited the exhibition to know the latest trends in design.

Star Media Group Bhd group managing director and chief execu­tive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai said the exhibition, which opened yesterday, offered cost-efficient Malaysians a chance to compare prices and get the best bargains ahead of the school holiday and festive seasons.

“The market is soft but this does not mean consumers have stop­ped spending – they are just more prudent. Instead of going to va­­rious places to source for home solution, Perfect Livin’ ‘15 has it all here under one roof,” said Wong.

He said exhibitors not only ensured great prices but also great aftersales service.

“The exhibitors here have been with Perfect Livin’ for years and af­­­­­t­­­­e­rsales service is just as important as the cost of the products.”

In line with Perfect Livin’ ‘15 tagline “Save More, Get More”, exhibitors have jumped on the bandwagon in offering great discounts for visitors.

Dr Spine Marketing Sdn Bhd is offering a set of king-sized bed frame and five-zone pocket spring mattress at RM4,999 today.

The set comes with a complimentary queen-sized bed frame and mattress, two pillows and a mattress protector.

“We are giving this early bird discount to visitors and (the offer) is limited to 10 bed sets,” said its marketing executive Kino Lee.

Another exhibitor, Tong Ging Lighting Ateliers Sdn Bhd, is offering the low price of RM1 for selected wall and dining lamps for visitors who spend above RM300 and RM3,000 respectively at its booth.

Besides special package prices for hood and hobs, kitchen appliances company Fotile is offering extended warranty to their customers. The warranty for their kitchen hoods and hobs are extended to five years and two years respectively.

The exhibition will be held until Sunday (Nov 15). Opening hours are 10am to 9pm and admission is free.

The first 1,000 registered visitors daily will get an original Per­fect Livin’ Reusable Coffee Cups for free.
