EXHIBITORS in the upcoming Star Property Fair 2015 are enthusiastic about showcasing their latest projects to visitors.

So far, 28 exhibitors have confirmed their presence and they are looking forward to the event which offers visitors fabulous bargains, great prizes and fun activities.

Seni Bahagia Sdn Bhd marketing executive Tony Lee said now is the ideal time for home buyers to buy landed properties especially in Batu Ferringhi which is seen as a viable investment area.

“The value of landed properties in Batu Ferringhi will appreciate once the 12km-long North Coastal Paired Road (Tanjung Bungah-Teluk Bahang) is completed.

“It will make travelling between Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi and Teluk Bahang even easier.

“We are also looking forward to bringing awareness to visitors on our current projects at the fair,” he said after touring the exhibition site in Queensbay Mall on Tuesday.

BSG Property marketing executive Jeremy Quah added that his company was hoping to reach out to property buyers, both young and old.

“There will be something for everyone at the fair,” he said.

Star Media Group Bhd administration and finance assistant manager Michelle Tang, who was also present, said the tour was to give exhibitors an advanced look of the exhibition site, adding that the turnout was good.

“This property fair will be the second time held in the mall and the third such fair held by The Star Media Group Bhd in Penang this year.

“Besides property showcases, the four-day event from Oct 1 will also feature property talks and the Spin ‘N’ Win contest,” she said.

Other exhibitors such as Sunway Grand Sdn Bhd, Asia Green Construction, Nusmetro City and GSV Development and Reka Indah Development (Pg) will also be making their presence felt at the fair.

Also on board are Tropicana Ivory, Tropicana Macalister (Penang), Palmex Industries, OSK Properties, MPSB Venture, Sonata Resources, Atlantic Blue, ZEON Properties and UEM.

The booths will be located throughout the mall’s ground floor at the centre concourse, centre zone, north zone and south zone, as well as lower ground level.
