PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd achieves 85% in tenancy for its upcoming Elmina Lakeside Mall pre-opening. The development is expected to open in Q3 2024 and spans 17.2 acres with a floor area of approximately 400,000 sqft.
Retail outlets include drive-through restaurants, home and living, services, health and wellness and boutique lifestyle retailers. Sime Darby Property, through its press release, has confirmed its brands as Jaya Grocer, Harvey Norman, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Nak Nak, Inside Scoop, Kenny Hills Bakers, Jibby & Co, Chica Bonita, Sushi Zanmai, Para Thai, Super Saigon, Dolly Dim Sum, Watsons, Toys'R'Us, Twigs Bookshop, Lavender Bakery, Nyonya Colors, Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock, The Bike Artisan, Pets Wonderland, Happy Fish and more.

Elmina Lakeside Mall will be the first neighbourhood mall in the City of Elmina, designed with an al fresco retail concept. The development is connected through the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway and Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway.
