EKOCHERAS has unique characteristics that differentiates it from other transit oriented developments (TOD).

It has easy access to nearby amenities such as Tesco and Leisure Mall, as well as educational institutions such as UCsI University, sJkC Taman Connaught and sMk seri Mutiara.
With over 4,000 car park bays, EkoCheras is designed to encourage residents from Cheras, kajang and Bangi to park their vehicles at the development, and ride the MrT to their workplaces in the city.
