PETALING JAYA: Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd launched Edelweiss SOFO and Serviced Residences last week, the latest phase at Tropicana Gardens. Located within the affluent and bustling neighbourhood of Tropicana Indah, the development is spread across 2.35 acres, with a gross development value of RM855mil.
Combining serviced residences and vibrant city offices, it is strategically located amidst the established neighbourhoods of Tropicana Indah and Kota Damansara. The development has been designed to cater to the lifestyle needs of young executives, urbanites, young families and empty nesters.
Despite the challenging market conditions, the Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences (Phase 1) has already experienced an astounding 75% take-up rate to date, even prior to its official launch.

Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences will be the first tower at Tropicana Gardens to introduce smart living and conveniences for all homeowners.
