PETALING JAYA: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Jaya Grocer for the latter to be the grocery tenant at Se.duduk Square, the commercial space within walking distance to Se.duduk D Kajang, an upcoming a serviced apartment development. 

Located at Jalan Kajang Villa, Kajang, Se.duduk measures 6.92 acres and comprises five towers with 1,220 residential units and a commercial space with 25 units. Under the partnership, Jaya Grocer will occupy eight units of the commercial space.

“Se.duduk D’ Kajang is situated in a well-established residential area that has long needed a nearby commercial hub. The introduction of Jaya Grocer is not just about adding a supermarket— it is about elevating the quality of life for both our residents and the surrounding community. 

“We believe that Jaya Grocer will become a cornerstone of convenience, providing everyday essentials right at the doorstep of our residents and enriching the entire neighbourhood with its presence,” said EcoWorld deputy chief executive officer Liew Tian Xiong at the MoA signing ceremony.

Also present was Jaya Grocer deputy chief executive officer Daniel Teng. 

Apart from easy access to major highways such as Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), PLUS Expressway, and Cheras-Kajang Expressway, the development will also be served by public transportation, including KTM Kajang 2 and MRT Kajang stations. 

It offers units with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comes with two parking bays. With prices starting from RM400,000, Se.duduk D’ Kajang is currently inviting registration of interest as well as visitation to its sales gallery.
