PETALING JAYA: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) celebrated the official opening of Australis, the latest retail and lifestyle hub at Eco Horizon City, Batu Kawan, and announced its partnership with EFS Revision Energy Sdn Bhd (EFS) to install solar panels across key properties within Eco Horizon City.
Australis comprises 10 units of two-storey shop lots on a 1.93 acre plot. It is currently 90.5% occupied and features a range of retail outlets, dining options and fitness facilities – all designed to foster a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere. The tenants are Jaya Grocer, Health Lane, Believe Fitness, Bing Xue, Bean n The Gang, Mi Ban Café, Emart 24, Dragon Noodle, High 10 Elite and Hairstory.
Meanwhile, through the partnership with EFS, solar photovoltaic (PV) panel systems will be provided in key areas within Eco Horizon City with a total capacity of 587 kWp. The locations include EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Horizon, Australis @ Eco Horizon City and Eco Horizon Clubhouse.
The partnership agreement signing ceremony took place in EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Horizon, where EFS chief operating officer Donovan Chia and Eco North divisional general manager Datuk Chan Soo How signed the agreement. The event was witnessed by EFS chief executive officer Darren Tan and EcoWorld deputy chief executive officer Liew Tian Xiong.
