SHAH ALAM: ECO World Group Development Bhd is upbeat for their new launches as the company introduced five developments situated across the country to the public under their EcoWorld Design-Nature-Art (DNA) campaign.
EcoWorld president and chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah said all five projects showcased embeds elements of design, nature and art holistically into their developments which he added had been positively received from visitors and potential buyers.
“Based on the highly positive feedback received to date, the firm support from our customers and the many new registrants for every project, we are confident that we will be able to match the feat achieved last year,” said Chang.
Last year in September, EcoWorld’s Firsts Campaign saw a cumulative total value of more than RM1bil of products launched with an overall take-up of over 80% and more than 1,000 units snapped up over the launch weekend across the four projects.
Three of the projects showcased by the company are maiden launches – these are Eco Horizon in Penang; Eco Business Park V in Northern Klang Valley and Eco Forest in Southern Klang Valley, while the other two are new phases within the group’s existing townships namely Dremien@Eco Ardence in Shah Alam and Whitten@Eco Majestic City in Semenyih.
The first of the five developments is the 300-acre Eco Horizon, EcoWorld’s largest project on the Penang mainland and the first gated and guarded landed residential development in the Batu Kawan corridor.
The first phase of Eco Horizon comprised of two-storey landed homes with three different layouts of 22 x 75, 25 x 75 and 30 x 60. Built-ups start from 2,290 sq ft to 2,601 sq ft with pricing from RM800,000 onwards.
Also, making its entry into the Klang Valley market is EcoWorld’s business park series which is also their second property offering, Eco Business Park V (EBP V).
It is a 518-acre industrial hub is located next to the Group’s Eco Grandeur township with excellent connectivity afforded by the LATAR Expressway and the upcoming West-Coast Expressway located nearby.
“We see EBP V as the catalyst for the transformation of this part of Selangor as the state’s new industrial hub. It is a major component of EcoWorld’s larger master plan to create an integrated and sustainable environment,” Chang said.
The first launch of EBP V includes 60 x 130 Cluster Factories priced from RM1.88mil and 80 x 200 Semi-D Factories priced from RM3.29mil.
The third project is the 515-acre Eco Forest in the Semenyih corridor with the design of the houses is based on the A-frame concept that offers a fresh take on how terraces can look in an environment that embraces its natural surroundings.
The township will have 25 acres allotted for its Forest Lake Park – a public space which comprises a dedicated path of three meters and 4.5 meters for walking & cycling, which is purposefully and strategically located in the heart of Eco Forest to make it accessible from all directions.
The first launch of Eco Forest includes six types of Artisan Homes and three types of Garden Homes. Artisan Homes consists of well-designed 20 x 65, 20 x 70 and 22 x 70 terraced homes while Garden Homes offers the unique 30 x 62 wide-frontage design.
Phase 1, called Ebonylane offers units with built-ups of 1,865 sq ft onwards and prices starting from RM598,000.
The next is Whitten@Eco Majestic City which consists of two-storey shop offices with an elegant Georgian-inspired facade.
The freehold shop offices come with individual titles and have a 24ft-wide frontage. Built-ups of intermediate units is 24 x 80 with pricing starting from RM1.97mil.
Whitten is located at Eco Majestic City, the commercial hub of the 1,089-acre Eco Majestic which is just next to the Eco Majestic Interchange.
The developer also launched the second phase of luxurious landed homes within the 533-acre freehold Eco Ardence, known as Dremien.
Dremien is comprised of garden homes, semi-Ds and bungalows. Prices for the garden homes start from RM1.4mil while semi-Ds and bungalows are from RM1.6mil and RM2.4mil respectively.
