KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EW Bhd) has revised the date of its two EGMs, called to decide on the proposed subscription of up to 27% in Eco World International Bhd (EWI) and the proposed acquisitions of two pieces of land in Penang, to Feb 20.
In the original notices to Bursa Malaysia on Jan 31, EW Bhd had fixed Feb 14 for the EGMs to seek approvals for its unit Eco Horizon Sdn Bhd’s proposed purchase of 374.6 acres in South Seberang Prai for RM875.2mil and its unit Eco World Capital (International) Ltd’s proposed subscription of up to RM777.6mil worth of EWI shares in conjunction with EWI’s initial public offering.
The meeting’s time (9:30am and 11am) and venue (Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor) remain unchanged.
