PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Gardens’s fourth residential phase Dianthus has recently received the Green Building Index (GBI) Silver certificate, joining all other earlier phases of development, namely Arnica, Bayberry, Cyperus, mall and office tower in being GBI-certified.
Developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) project managing director Adrian Chin received the certificate from GBI chief executive officer Sarly Adre Sarkum.
Tropicana said it appreciated its team from project, marketing and sales, planning and design, mall and office tower group asset management in creating a development that is sustainable, well-connected and has a positive impact on the township and surrounding communities.
