ASIAN Pac Holdings Bhd launched its latest project, Fortune Centra, in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
Located at Jalan Metro Perdana 7, the mixed development features three residential towers and two levels of commercial lots.
Spanning across 1.2ha of leasehold land, the project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM326mil.
The serviced apartment towers offer 462 units with built-up areas from 775sq ft to 1,357sq ft.
Priced from RM450,000, the units are available in two- and three-bedroom layouts as well as three-bedroom flexi-suite units while some will have private elevated gardens.
Asian Pac Holdings Bhd managing director Datuk Mustapha Buang said about 82% of the 462 serviced apartment units were taken up during a soft launch held in January.
“We have a strong track record in Kepong, and all of our projects here have been well-received by purchasers,” he said.
As for the 19 double-storey retail lots, the developer plans to hold on to them at the time being, said Asian Pac executive director Dr Raymond Yu Tat Loong.
“Fortune Centra will be one of the better developments within Kepong, if not, the best.
“We differentiate ourselves by bringing different concepts into the area to offer a new lifestyle for those within the community and future purchasers,” he said.
To bring design and flair into the project, the developer also appointed an award-winning architect.
“The building has a simple and minimalistic design which combines features that will appeal to purchasers.
“Among the new concepts that we are bringing into Kepong is the integration of balconies into the architecture form of the building, giving residents privacy.
“Another highlight is the flexi-suite unit, suitable for multi-generational living as well as own stay plus rental without compromising privacy,” said Yu, adding that the development was provisionally certified as a green building.
Future residents of Fortune Centra will get to enjoy leisure facilities on the podium deck such as maze and herb gardens, gourmet kitchen, barbecue corner, reflexology path, pools, yoga deck and a cabana.
“We believe Fortune Centra will create greater value for Kepong and its residents as there are various amenities in the area that are within walking distance such as Aeon Big and the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Line 2 stations,” added Yu.
Asian Pac started its Fortune series of developments in Kepong since 2002 which include Fortune Square, Fortune Park, Fortune Avenue and Fortune Perdana within the same area, while its flagship mixed-development, KK Times Square in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, comprises the Imago Shopping Mall.
Upcoming projects to be launched by the developer include a condominum project on a 2.36ha land in Damansara Damai.
