WITH three new launches already in the pipeline, OSK Property Holdings Berhad is expecting 2017 to be an exciting year.
The company’s chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin made a special announcement during the OSK Holdings Berhad media appreciation event, marking past successes and sharing this year’s plans for the group’s property division.
“Last year we recorded a huge milestone in the coming together of all the businesses under the OSK name.
“For property alone, we rebranded all our properties in March 2016, and subsequently launched three projects including Windmill Upon Hills at Genting Permai, TimurBay seafront residence in Kuantan and the Luminari service apartments in Butterworth,” said Ong.
The momentum is set to continue at a steady pace as Ong said the developer would be unveiling three new projects this year.
They are Iringan Bayu, a township in Seremban that consists of about 311.6ha of land.
“We’re going to launch an affordable range of products, possibly with more than 700 residential units.
“Next is the Ryan & Miho lifestyle residential development in Section 13, Petaling Jaya,” he added.
Ryan & Miho features two distinct living concepts – Ryan is fashioned after Turkish designs while Miho has Japanese design inspirations.
It is targeted for an April launch.
“The third is the final phase of our You CIty integrated development in Cheras, called Hika.
“This phase will feature a link bridge to the Taman Suntex MRT station, which according to authorities, will start running from July onwards,” said Ong.
On the overseas front, Ong also said plans for a project in Melbourne was also brewing, and more details were expected to be released by mid-year.
