PETALING JAYA: CB Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-own subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, launched its “Two-Riffic Bonanza” Lucky Draw Campaign that aims to reward buyers of The Greens, its latest development at Subang West.
The four-month campaign will provide two lucky draw opportunities for purchasers, which consist of a monthly luck draw with prizes such as iPhone 7, mysterious prizes and cash vouchers, as well as a chance to participate in the Grand Prize lucky draw. The grand prizes include Honda Jazz, Macbook and iPad. The campaign will be ending on April 17.
In addition, Crest Builder is holding a Japanese themed event, “Ohayo@ the Greens” from today to Sunday (Jan 13 to 15), 10am to 5pm at the sales gallery. The array of Japanese activities include Fukuwarai, Sumo Bowling, Sushi Making Workshop, Arts & Crafts, F&B food stalls and many more.
Speaking at the press conference today, Crest Builder group managing director Eric Yong said The Greens, a freehold residential development that spans across seven acres of land at Subang West, consists of two phases.
“We have achieved 50% take-up rate since the soft launch of phase 1, and this campaign launch serves as a formal introduction of The Greens to the public,” he added.
The two towers of The Greens offers 646 units of condominiums with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM400mil. The condominiums are available in eight different types of layouts with built-up ranging from 915 sq ft to 1,830 sq ft. Prices start from RM568,800. The expected completion date is set in June 2018.
The development offers over 45 facilities spanning over a 120,000 sq ft park, including a half basketball court, indoor and outdoor gymnasium, reflexology walkway, yoga deck, infinity lap pool, bbq terrace, social lounge, cycling track, sauna room and others.
It also comes with multi-tier security system.
Yong said while the 18-storey towers are not green buildings, the development has been set up with over three acres of private park and green area, which covers approximately 40% of land area.
He said the development offers mid-range products aimed at first-time homebuyers working as executives and are the second generation of the immediate vicinity.
He added that this development is the fifth and the last development by Crest Builder in Shah Alam, while the upcoming projects will include two joint venture developments set at Jalan Ampang.
“The first one at Dang Wangi will be a mixed development with office and residences and the expected launch date is in Q2 2017, while the second development will be a joint venture with Malaysian Rubber Board that has three towers of residential product,” he said.
When asked about the property market outlook, He expected the property market for the lower range segment to remain sluggish with chances of improvement at the second half of this year, although he remained optimistic at the prospect of mid to high range market.
