BUILDING wealth through real estate investment is not just for the rich. It can become a wealth creator for anyone as long as you can seize the opportunity in the market and continue making the investment based on market knowledge and the right strategies.

In the upcoming StarProperty.my Forum 2018 titled “Your Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investment and Property Protection”, property investor and author Dr Renesial Leong will be providing tips on avoiding common pitfalls in real estate investment for the long-term in her talk titled “Why it is time you should venture into real estate”.

Cautious investors may hesitate to enter the property market because of economic uncertainty.

However, according to Dr Leong, who has 20 years of experience in investment, there is no wrong or right timing in property investment.

Also, a successful investor needs to be able to embrace changes and focus on quality investment with a long-term perspective.

She said real estate investment is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

After getting started on the journey, an investor should continue and follow through, not only to make money but also maintain a balance and healthy property ecosystem.

The event will also feature Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd senior estate planner Chong Mok Yong, who will be speaking about protection of assets through “The Importance of Writing a Will”.
