KUALA LUMPUR: Real estate agencies Cornerstone Xstate and Kith & Kin celebrated a historic milestone with an official signing ceremony to formalise their merger. This partnership unites two leading real estate firms with a shared vision of redefining the industry in Southeast Asia.
The newly formed entity aims to grow its revenue from RM32mil to RM170mil by 2029 while expanding its base of Real Estate Negotiators (RENs) from 350 to 2,200. The company is poised to strengthen its footprint across Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
The merger includes a RM6mil investment in technology, branding and talent acquisition. This strategic initiative will equip RENs with advanced tools, enhance market visibility and drive sustainable growth in an ever-evolving real estate landscape.
Led by managing director Wong Yau Long and executive director Kenny Sim, the company will initially operate under the dual brands of Cornerstone Xstate and Kith & Kin, with a unified brand launch planned for late 2025. Future expansion plans include establishing new offices in KLCC, Penang and Johor, alongside ambitions for regional growth.
The signing ceremony, attended by nearly 300 RENs, industry partners, bankers, lawyers and developers, marked the dawn of an exciting new chapter for both companies. It set the stage for a future characterised by innovation, collaboration and excellence, solidifying the merged entity's position as a trailblazer in the real estate sector.
