STAYING true to its mission to build sustainable property for everyone, property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd recently launched its inaugural talk series titled “Property for Everyone” at Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya.
Unlike the typical one-size-fits-all property talk, the four-day experience is specially designed for four key buyer groups – the millenials, executives, investors and homeowners.
The series features a stellar lineup of renowned property speakers, investors, entrepreneurs, celebrities and educators.
It was a full house during the first two days of the talks on March 11 and 12, which targeted millennials and executives. More than 500 people have registered for the entire series.
During The Millennial Series, group director Roen Cian Nagapan inspired many as he shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship and building a successful business.
IQI Holdings vice-president Alexander Woo, who bought his first property at the young age of 22, also shared several tips for millennial homebuyers.
During The Executive Series, high-spirited participants got to discover more about investing towards financial freedom with actress and entrepreneur, Nur Fazura while FAR Capital chief executive officer Faizul Ridzuan spoke about how to accumulate wealth while working in a traditional nine-to-five office.
Speaking at the event, Tropicana marketing and sales head Ung Lay Ting said, “Changing market demographics, evolving consumer demands and the health of the Malaysian economy have been the challenges of most, if not all developers.
“More than ever, we must respond to these shifting conditions – to recognise the different needs and expectations of different buyers, and we would like to address their concerns when it comes to property purchase.
“As a community builder, we understand the importance of building an integrated township that is vibrant, lively and holistic.
“Tropicana Metropark epitomises this view – offering a 3.7ha Central Park – that is surrounded by serviced residences, commercial shops and offices, GEMS international school, a proposed shopping mall and medical centre.
“When the RM106mil purpose-built link bridge connecting to Federal Highway is complete, Tropicana Metropark will be transformed into a vibrant community hub in Subang Jaya.
“With such diverse product offerings and comprehensive mix, Tropicana Metropark is definitely different from others in terms of location, lifestyle and value proposition. There is something for everyone here at Tropicana Metropark,” she added.
This series of engagement workshops hosted at Tropicana Metropark will continue with two more upcoming Talk Series tailored for investors and homeowners on March 25 and 26.
Taking the stage for the Investor Series will be SkyBridge International chief executive officer Adrian Un and KCLau.com founder and financial educator K.C. Lau.
The final instalment, which is the Home Owner Series, will feature Mark Chua, bestselling author of the book, Who Says You Can’t be Rich Working a 9 to 5 Job? and Gary Chua, chief executive officer of Smart Financing.
